Responsible for assisting the Director of Restaurant Operations in the management of all aspects of the Restaurant functions, in accordance with Hotel standards.?

At least 2?year(s) experience in a high end restaurant
Food handling certificate.
Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
Compute basic arithmetic.
Ability to perform various functions outlined below:

Previous guest relations training.
Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry in a similar position.
