The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of IT projects ensuring quality delivery of upgrades and releases to business stakeholders. Serve as the Project Manager of software implementation and development projects. Understand and document activities within all project phases, including initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, closing. Develops requests for proposals, SDLC requirement documentation, evaluates responses, and participates in IT system vendor selection teams. Manage software development project plans and release planning dashboards. Manage project meeting calendars. System administrator of project management software (Jira and Smartsheet) and document repository (Confluence). Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes and other issues that may arise during the implementation of projects. Prepares written reports and project presentations to senior management, stakeholders and other groups as appropriate. Manage documentation of large projects and business initiatives, involving attending meetings, taking notes, and documenting key decisions. Research, write, and publish documentation and training materials for internal IT use and/or external distribution. Manage documentation and cataloging of IT processes, application modifications, application development, and integrations with support of IT stakeholders Collaborate with Finance to manage IT budgeting and forecasting for capital and operations expenditures, as well as assisting IT Directors in managing vendor invoice submission and logging. 5-10 years of experience in field/related areas Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, accuracy, and the willingness to research technical information, as needed. Organized, dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively under the pressure of multiple projects, and tight deadlines. Exceptional technical and communication skills, ability to convey technical material with accuracy, clarity, readability, and efficiency. Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Web interface standards, technical documentation standards. Experience with Jira administration preferred.
